Who owns the site?
You do. The content is yours, the domain is yours, and the pages are yours to take elsewhere. If you cancel, we hand over the files rather than holding them.
Including the ones where the answer costs us the sale. If something here is missing, ask and we will add it.

The monthly fee stops at the end of that month. Hosting from us stops too, so the site needs somewhere else to live, and we give you the files to move it. Setup is refundable within 30 days of the build starting.
Nothing, until you say so. It stays up while the new one is built and reviewed. Switching over is a DNS change you approve, and it can be changed back.
Page views, quote requests, which calls to action people used, what services they asked about, what kind of device they were on, and roughly where they came from. Plus a comparison with the month before, once there is a month before.
It also lists what it does not measure. We do not set a cookie or store any visitor identifier, so we cannot tell you how many people visited, only how many page views there were. A returning customer counts twice. We would rather say that than print a number that implies something it does not.
Nothing about your site is mixed with any other client's. Reports are built from your own site's events and nothing else.
Not as a service, and we will not sell you rankings. What the build does is the structural part: a page per service so a specific search lands on a specific job, sensible headings, fast pages, and correct markup. Whether that moves you up a results page depends on your competitors and we cannot promise it.
No. We do not manage ad spend, and we do not take a cut of it.
Possibly. We have not promised anyone that they will be the only painter we work with near them, and we are not offering that today. If it ever becomes part of the deal it will be a written term you can hold us to, not something implied in a sales conversation. Assume for now that a contractor down the road could also be a client.
Most of the clock is waiting on you: photographs, your service list, and confirmation of the details we are not allowed to guess. The build itself is days, not months. We do not quote a launch date before we have what we need, because that date would be fiction.
A phone number and mailbox to publish, the towns you actually serve, your service list, photographs of your own work that you have permission to publish, and documents for any licence or insurance you want mentioned. Anything you do not supply is left off the site rather than filled in.
We draft it, and you approve it. What we will not do is write a claim about your business that you have not confirmed: no invented reviews, no "20 years' experience" unless you tell us it is 20, no guarantees you did not offer, no stock photographs of somebody else's work.
A sample home page built from what is publicly on record about your business, sent once so you can see the idea instead of reading about it. It is a private link, it is not indexed, and it is not published anywhere. Anything we could not verify was left blank rather than guessed. If you would rather not hear from us again, the opt-out link removes you permanently and immediately.
Not publicly. The name is provisional and not cleared for public use, no payments are being taken, and no messages are being sent. This site runs on a local build with simulated billing so the whole flow can be checked before any of it is real. We would rather tell you that than imply a track record we do not have.
Ask for the free preview. It costs nothing, it commits you to nothing, and it is a better basis for a decision than anything written on this page.
